My boyfriend & I have been living here since Feb 2008 & we have never had any problems with Steve or the family. They have always been great to us & fixed whatever problems we had with the apt in a timely manner. Sorry to see them let go & that this had to happen. Some of the new maintenance crew cannot even speak english it's a little frustrating!
Laundry mat facilities do leave much to be desired. Other than that, it's pretty nice area. I hear that the new rental agent isn't the nicest person, either. We'll see when we have to deal with her.
