I've lived in apartments for the past 10 years of my life and never heard any of my neighbors, until I moved into Pointe Breeze. The wood in every apartment is warped, so every step you and your neighbors take sounds like nails on a chalkboard. If you're watching TV and your neighbor goes to get a glass of milk, you hear squeek squeek squeek squeek. You can not relax under these conditions. If your neighbor wakes up early or stays up late and squeeks around while you are sleeping, you will be woken up! I am getting the heck out of here as soon as my lease is up. Renters beware!!!

Management Staff and our dedicated Maintenance team take great pride in addressing concerns of our Residents; however if we are not made aware of the situation, we cannot correct. Our Apartments are wall / wall carpet which helps most sounds. We are here to satisfy and service our Residents.
