I've lived here for just aabout two years now and really can't say anything bad. Management is very friendly, i've never had any maintenance issues and its very quiet. The apartments are very spacious, the grounds are very well kept and its a very safe area in my opinion. I live on the second floor and the wood makes a lot of noise when i walk around throughout the entire apartment which i imagine might be a pain if you live on the first floor, but thats really it. I've had no problems whatsoever in my two years at point breeze and probably would continue to live there, but the rent is a little high in my opinion.... over $1000 for a 1 bed / 1 bath starting next year if i stayed. Overall though i would recommend it, its a very nice place to live.
