Pricey but nice - I've lived here almost 2 years and am overall very pleased. As another review mentioned, there is a mold problem. You have to keep on top of it with spray bleach, usually about once every couple of weeks. It collects mainly on the window frames. I love it!!! This is a beautiful spacious apartment for the money! Hardwood floors, walk in closets and a nice patio. The people are very nice. I only wish that washers and dryers were in each building instead in just some of them.

new tenant single mother w/child Well I'm a new resident in these apartements and so far I love them! They are very spacious with central air for the summer time. Huge bathroom the biggest bathroom I've had even when I was living in a house. It's a MUST! And very CHEAP AND QUIET.

Great! I love it here. It's quiet, reasonably priced, and the community is great. Never have trouble trying to find parking. Upkeep is so-so, but the apartments are roomy for the area and well built. Lots of grass and open area too! Great area if you have kids.
