Once was a nice place until Affilated Management purchased it and the town of Bound Brook became a crime infested slum. This place is a poorly Managed and Maintained complex. Roaches, Ants, Bugs..Bugs.. Bugs. Your neighbors will be of very low class types, even registered sexual offenders are living on the property. There are health and safety issues on the property and they are not addressed or corrected by the owner. Don't expect help from the town of Bound Brook on issues either, they will give you lip service too. Complain too much about the necessary repairs and health hazzards the resident manager will harrass you, so you will leave and break your lease. Then because you left and broke your lease, they will steal your security deposit. Nasty, Nasty and Lazy people.
Much better places and towns to live in. Choose Garfield Park Apartments and the Town of Bound Brook if you like the projects,Crime and Dirty Living Conditions.
