Garfield Park Apartments. Owned By Affiliated Management Inc. Livingston, NJ. Once was a nice place until Affilated Management purchased it and the town of Bound Brook became a crime infested slum. This place is a poorly Managed and Maintained complex. Roaches, Ants, Bugs..Bugs..
