It is a little old fashioned but I rented a studio for 550...but it had full kitchen, bathroom, 2 closets, a storage closet and a decent bedroom. Maintenace doesnt really know what they are doing and the grounds are kinda unkept but to rest your head its great! very safe as far as i can tell!! Only downfall get the second floor, the hardwood floors are really loud for downstairs
