 Grounds are a disaster. The building is dirty. Maintenance have no idea of what they are here for. Besides it is 10K fine to hire an illegal immigrant as a superintendent. Careful!

 It is a little old fashioned but I rented a studio for 550...but it had full kitchen, bathroom, 2 closets, a storage closet and a decent bedroom. Maintenace doesnt really know what they are doing and the grounds are kinda ... more
