We have lived here for 2 years now and are only leaving for career opportunities outside of Ocean County. Overall living at Brick Estates has been a positive experience. The Leasing Manager and her staff have always addressed any problems that have arisen immediately. Anything from a clogged toilet to a noisy neighbor or a broken air conditioner and beyond; all problems have been addressed (AND remedied) swiftly and effectively.
When we moved in we had all new kitchen appliances (fridge/dishwasher/oven/
microwave), new carpeting, freshly painted walls, new linoleum and then some. These apartments are more than 25 years old - taking that into consideration they're in very good shape. We have not seen any evidence of vandalism or theft in our time here and most people keep to themselves.
As for the cost of living we have found it to be quite affordable considering the fact that New Jersey is one of the most expensive states to live in throughout America. Before moving in here we did a considerable amount of research and found this to be a great choice. Our apartment is VERY spacious. It is convenient to the Garden State Parkway, myriad stores and restaurants. We?re just over one hour from Philadelphia and Atlantic City and even closer to Six Flags Great Adventure. This location is only about 15 minutes to Seaside Heights or Point Pleasant boardwalks.
We cannot say enough wonderful things about the on-site management. They are spectacular.
Overall we would indeed recommend living here.
