A great place to live. Management is very helpful. I lived here for 2 years and I am renewing for the third year. The property is quite and the people are friendly. I can sit on my balcony read a book and feel at ease. I thank my friend all the time for sending me to Brick Estates. The tenants that have gave a bad review must have not been nice people to being with. I never have had any problems with management or maintenance workers.
