great place to live the manager here are nice. Its a husband & wife team they show alot of concern for their tenants.They try to help any way they can. I will be renewing my lease. The neighbors are friendly and polite. My living at Brick Estates has been peaceful.

very bad too much noise, neighbors dont care what they do. very dirty looking inside and out. this was the worst mistake of my life. i think half the people in here are on drugs. dog crap all over the property, people dont pick up after their pets.

Nice apartment complex I have lived here for 3 1/2 years and none of the things people are writing are true. Maybe before I moved in but not now. All apartments have washer, dryers, and dishwashers. All are completely renovated and overhauled before each tenant moves in. I know this
