what happened to common decency

it is like living in a motel cuz the people dont care about ther neighbors..at all.. i asked nicely for the kids to stop playing ball inside on the stair which are against my bedroom wall ,and the people that smoke cigarettes out front and just leave the butts laying everywhere and being loud till well after 10 at night. so much for common decency.
