For a single bedroom it is spacious and has just enough storage for all your necessities. Parking is never a problem. Heating and air conditioning worked well. However, there are bugs and not the small kind. You will need to spray and put down traps to keep them out of sight. Safety was an issue. Maintenance was not very good, the locks on the doors were always breaking and easy to get into. There was one day when the roof leaked into the apartment and they did absolutely nothing about it, so huge water stains remained on the walls, which they will probably end up painting over. Noise was a big problem. You can hear every conversation and footsteps from your neighbors on either side and up above. At first glance it looks nice, but they did a horrible job painting and cleaning up the spackle before anyone moves in.
