The brochure says: Pool, Tennis Courts, and Playground. Well the pool collapsed and was never fixed, the tennis courts were destroyed by the thug children that live in the complex, and the playground is all rusted.

The low-life people that live here speed through the complex, blast music whenever they feel like it, the children vandalize everything, and domestic disputes are happening every day.
It takes forever to get anything fixed, even in an emergency. Then when they finally show up, they do NOT fix it correctly and you have to beg for them to come back.
The floors and walls are thin and you here EVERYTHING that your neighbors are doing and saying and whatever else if you catch my drift.
The further you drive into the complex, the worse the landscaping becomes.
Litter all over the place.

Plus there are drug dealers that the management knows about, but they refuse to do anything about.
