This place is horrible!!! First of all, the kids are so inconsiderate when they are at the bus stop they are as loud as can be and leave garbage everywhere. They break things, and their parents are standing there with them! We complained to the office and they said they couldn't do anything about it to go outside and talk to their parents.
Also, we are on the lower level and they were taking down a balcony above us, they never notified us, and besides the fact that we couldn't get out for work and were late because they had to move stuff around to make it "safe" (even though we still had to CRAWL through a tight space) they started @ 8am. They broke our door so we had to leave with it unlocked and we went down to tell them to please fix it ASAP they said simply "whatever" and acted like the whole thing was our fault like we were supposed to just stay in our apartment the whole day. When they came to fix the door they only fixed the bottom lock and left the deadbolt broken and this was in April and it's still not fixed and it's July!
The police are always here, there is always a domestic dispute. They say no pets, but there are cats roming all over the place.
The walls and floors are so thin that I can literally here every word that the people in the apartment upstairs are saying. I can here the television shows that they are watching and the whole apartment shake when they walk. The neighbors call the police for no reason, we had the police called on us the first week we were here and they said that there was loud music coming from our apartment and we didn't even have our stereo hooked up!!
In December there was a fire in one apartment and there was a significant amount of damage to both that apartment and the one above. They left it that way until last week. It was so trashy looking.
The office staff accomidates to the people that they know are going to be here for a long time, they do not bother with people that they know are just starting out or in between homes. Not to mention that we pay way too much to live here and they wouldn't give us the time of day. I can't wait to get out!!!!
