For all you people giving this apartment complex such horrible reviews, I think you need to check yourself a second. First of all, my husband and I have been living here for about 5 years and we can honestly say we have NEVER had a problem here. First of all, the apartments are HUGE, and laid out well. The rent is very reasonable and most of the apartments are newly remodeled. The person who said that "the place is one step from Sec. 8 or welfare" is just wrong!! I wonder if they have even seen a complex that is welfare. I would wager that they haven't or they would never have made that statement. This complex is extremely large, so some sections are not as nice as others. However, I don't think any of the buildings are acutally "bad." Like the one guy said there are certain things you get here that you get in ANY apartment complex: ie, inconsiderate neighbors, noise problems, dirty neighbors, etc. But, all in all the complex is clean, nice, and I think a good place to live. The cops get called sometimes for problems, but not often AT ALL. Sometimes I see a cop sitting a lot or driving around, but it is not for a call or problem. Also, for someone to complain about the cats!! I mean, seriously, who going complain about some cats. They certainly don't bother anyone or scratch your car, like one guy said. I have never had a parking problem either. The people complaing should actually trying visiting an apartment complex that actually is horrible, and they would change their tune real fast about the place. The management here is also very good. If you call with a problem, they fix it immediately. I have never been left hanging with a problem. The only complaint I have is that we want our apartment remodeled, because we have one of the older kitchen models, and they said they won't do it while we are living here, which means we would have to switch apartments. Like the one guy said, come and visit it for yourself before you make a decision. I think you will be pleasantly surprised to find that it is a very nice place.
