Eh, so so

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
I lived in Waterside for a year, and honestly like every apartment complex, it has it's ups and downs. My biggest problems were NOISY neighbors and having management do nothing about it. They would also sit outside on their balcony and smoke pot at night, which I also complained about, yet the management still did nothing. I agree with everyone else who said the management was miserable. That old lady with the white thinning hair was the most impersonable woman I've ever met! The laundry facilities are EXTREMELY small in comparison to the size of the complex. I wound up going to Laundry King down the street with every load. Another problem was the BUGS!! Being a clean freak, the apartment was always immaculate. But during the spring and summer my apartment had a disgusting amount of flies and ants. Also, since we're so close to the bay, once you walk outside you're ambushed by dragonflies. Other than that the apartment was spacious, and cheap for the square footage. I'd recommend it to first timers just starting out despite the problems I had.
