WOW!!! This place was horrible

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007
My fiance and I moved into Waterside because i was expecting our first child and Knew i would be out of work, on my fiances income Waterside is something that fit into our budget, plus the apartments are very spacious.
Putting all that aside, those who have written reviews saying that its a great place to live must be living in a different waterside gardens.. i lived at waterside for a year and a half. The first neighbors that lived under us were found to be harboring a fugitive wanted for murder and were unbelieveable noisy so we also had to deal with Sheriffs department officials knocking on our door all hours and them raiding and staking out the downstairs apartment.. and we could hear everything and we were a top floor apartment. and ontop of that we found out that 4-5 of the apartments around us including the one under us were all rented to the state for "Rental Assistance" . After they moved out everything was relatively fine, UNTIL the new neighbors moved in again on "rental assistance" and for the remainder of the time that we spent there we heard nothing but slamming doors, children screaming, them walking and running back and forth, their kitchen cabinets slamming. we asked our neighbor to please keep it down for the sake of our infant daughter and she would "yes" us and continue on . when i went to the main office to put in our notice that we were moving they told me that we had to give them 60 days notice to even move out! Can you believe that just to move out! I have never heard or seen and after giving our notice i went to other apartment buildings in our area to research their notice policy and everyone was 30 days notice ... i spoke to the realator that found our house and she said it sounds like they are entraping you in order to make sure that no matter what they keep your security... so to all of you who said that Waterside is worth living in you are sorely mistaken... that is unless of course you would like to live or raise your family around drugs, criminals, mannerless and noisey people, and have to deal with a management that does nothing to help you!
P.s. On our last night there we were awoken to the fire alarms in our building going off my fiance inspected the building and said he found no smoke..or fire ... thinking it was a non -emergancy i called the office to get the number for the after hours pager, i beeped it 3 times with absolutely no one calling back... in the mean time me my fiance and my infant were standing out in the cold... with others... and i was forced to call 911 who then arrived to find that the rain water from that night had leaked into the outside closet of our neighbor and caused a wire to continuely spark... but heres the kicker the fire department found it to be the landlords fault because it was a faulty wire before the water got on it and the fireman i spoke to said they had to literally force the landlord out of bed to come check on the fire alarms. I suggest no one move there! mgFDbN4-dhkSMZ7zRmVH
