I don't even know where to begin. It has only been 3 months and I would love it for this door to hit me in the ass. It would be one that I would not be upset about. First of all, the upkeep of the property is terrible. Up front, by the office is nice, but everywhere else is horrible. Every apartment you can see from the main road has grass and a tree in front fo their door. We live in the back and the lawn mower doesn't even make it back here half the time because their is no grass. There is not even sprinklers. The closest dumpter is far enough that we need to take a car to it. There are four buildings that share one laundry room. The laundry room only has 3 washing machines and 3 dryers.
The apartment itself is big enough, and would be great if at least one thing in it was new. There is no dishwasher, there is bugs galore. We are still taking off layers of dirt from the kitchen floor. It has been scrubbed several times and still looks and feels filthy.
My boyfriend and myself are young but the people in the office talked to us like we were toddlers. We have lived in an another apartment before we lived here, yet shw still taalked to us like we didn't know what we were doing and how to be independent. She repeated everything to us atleast twice.
This rating is coming from two young adults who really only want a roof over their head and wouldn't really care about many things that go wrong in an apartment, but this place is just absolutely horrible!!! Do not...I repeat do NOT pay to live here. You would think you are paying for a nice complex in a great town. The town sucks and so does the complex. If you were smart you'd look elsewhere. Pay the extra money and move to where you really want to.

You're funny. I'm sure you've found a better place to live. I know the owners, Polish, and -------s........very matter-of-fact and stuck up. Get an American to run the fukn place. That will fix the problem!!! Best of luck to you guys!

Just because they suck as managers, it's no reason to insult their nationality. The one has nothing to do with the other.
