Decent place to live

We have almost no complaints about living here for the past year. The only reason for us moving out is job relocation.
This apartment was by far one of the biggest places we found in the area, for alot less then most places charge.
We did have some things that were broken in the first month that we lived here, but the day after I called, they came to fix it. Office staff is pretty nice, as few times as I had to deal with them, they were always friendly.
I will agree with the upkeep on the grounds is a little behind. The front where the office is located is always kept nice, however, we live in the back, and there is hardly any grass growing, just dirt and stumps where bushes were.
As far as bugs go, we have had very minimal, if any, considering we are right in the back where they are tons of trees, there was very few bugs we found in the apartment (some ants and maybe a spider or 2, but no roaches.)
The laundry facility is kind of a pain in the butt because the closest one is 5 buildings away, and only has 3 washers and 3 dryers, and you are sharing it with 4-5 other buildings.
Besides those few things, we have enjoyed living here, and have felt very safe. If we ever move back into the area, we would absolutly move back into waterside.
