My boyfriend and I moved in summer of 07 and we are in the process of moving out... I would persnoally never want to live there again, but if you are young and dont have a lot of money to work with this place isnt so bad. The bad things i can say about the place are that there are a lot of bugs and the place is a dirt trap no mater what you do there is so much sand in the apartment.. When we first moved in the apartment had a lot of jobs left unfinished like the exhaust fan in the bathroom wasnt on and we had no catch under the burners. Not to mention that my boyfriends car was stolen by some punk who lives close to the development. The upstairs neighbors were an absolute nightmare, we comlpained about them and the office said that they would send them a letter, thank god they moved out shortly after that. any time i called for maintenence they came and did the job that was requested. The electric bill gets a bit high the place is really draft and never keeps the heat in. Oh and there was a big drug dealer living in one of the units behind us, the cops found like a kilo of coke and a 9 mm in the apartment. aside from all of that we met some pretty cool people and if you keep to yourself you shouldnt have any problem.
