keep away ! the management is rude, the corners of the walls and around the heat ducts are cracking because of the heat which makes the apt look horrible. They were very slow responding to cleaning up the snow we just got last week. They re-did the kitchen but put some of the cabinets on

Stay away!! I have lived at waterside for 8 months and am currently moving out. From my firat week there maintenance has come into my apartment when I am not home and has taken computes, Money, Video equipment and everything else i had worth of any value. They cannot be trusted.

Very gpod starter!!! It is a little old fashioned but I rented a studio for 550...but it had full kitchen, bathroom, 2 closets, a storage closet and a decent bedroom. Maintenace doesnt really know what they are doing and the grounds are kinda unkept but to rest your head its great!

A Good Place to Live No apartment complex is perfect. There will always be noise from others and things to go wrong. All in all, my experience living here for the past year has been positive. The apartments are large with plenty of space. The office staff is courteous and helpful.
