I was impressed by the size of the rooms and a fast overall look of the Property. On first drive thru it looks taken care of. However after I moved in I started seeing the grounds as they really are,... unkempt and littered. the blowing litter never seems to be swept unless a tenant picks it up. There can be discarded furniture near the dumpsters for weeks before it's taken away and the grass has bare spots that look like the dirt is cement. there are diggings and discarded shopping carts in the rear that have been there since I moved in. The apts were painted (more like a cheap primer )and reasonably clean upon moving in,.. the floors were sanded and varnished but NEVER SWEPT, so the sawdust is in the varnished floor. ....I've had squirrles romping in the attic sounding like another family upstairs, and getting the run around for 4 months, its frustrating.

all problems because of inattentive management that could make this place like heaven.
