Four years of misery!Noisy neighbors a SERIOUS problem.Floors 3"-4"out of level; walls cracking,doorways cracking,heat fixed improperly(had to run fans & air cond. even in winter because it was stuck on high)litter strewn everywhere & never picked up.

Mold on living rm closet ceiling SPRAY PAINTED over(their idea of fixing it).Took 6 months to get them to look at leak in living room ceiling!Management disinterested, at best. Don?t bother unless you like trash, constant noise and aggrevation, because you will find it here in abundance!!! 4/25/03 Neighbors downstairs on the end of the building now leave garbage outside on front step overnight instead of going to the dumpster; upstairs on end having several people over every night & making noise until all hours (3 or 4 a.m. is not unusual)going in and out & slamming doors behind them each time; ground in front of the building littered with trash, sheetrock, and hundreds of cigarette buts, with some beer cans as well. this was a nice place when we moved in 4 years ago, but now is overrun with trashy people and kids on their own for the first time who think it's ok to make noise and party all night every night of the week- which you will hear because the walls are paper thin.(you will hear your neighbors ordinary conversations unless they whisper)And you will hear your neighbors walking around, also- not to mention hearing their bathroom fan whenever they use the room, and having the noise from their tubs/showers be as loud as if they were in your apartment using YOUR shower! Our patio door doesn't open properly and is so poorly insulated that the curtains blew around during the several large storms we had this past winter.
they advertize this place as one of the nicest apartment complexes at the Jersey Shore...and it's absolute B.S! In the past year, I think more tenants have moved out than in the previous 3 combined!This place is quickly turning into a ghetto and no one cares, either. Yes, the rents are cheap; but you will pay for it in other ways.If you can afford better,do yourself a favor and go there instead. That's why we're leaving after 4 years...
