I lived in Kentwood about six years ago, but judging by the reviews, Kentwood hasn't changed a bit. That place has always been noisy, dirty, and management never cared to do anything about it. Good luck getting them to come over and fix anything, too. We also had bugs, cockroaches coming from God knows where, silverfish crawling up from the drain, and ants from cracks in the foundation. Parking was a nightmare, and the neighbors were okay with the exception of dirty old men watching young girls from their windows. If you do move there, don't put anything nice outside, not even anything just decorative, because it will probably be stolen. This is a place I will never be caught in again, dead or alive.

My wife has lived at Kentwood for about 10 years (We have lived there for 3 ) While we live at the north end by mangers office it seems they keep the dirtbags (from north NJ) at the south end by Van zile rd. We feel safe here and the noise is low with the exception of the kids yelling. Recently there has seem to be an influx of Title 9 low lifes moving in. Yes the managemnt is VERY slow to respond to repairs but if you know the law and the number for teh main office up north its not bad.
