I lived here for 4 years. Never had any serious problems. Sure there was the occasional cockroach or silverfish, but anytime I called the office for anything, they responded immediately. My heater broke and I called the office and the manager was there 10 minutes later to fix it. Parking could be a problem at times...not that there wasn't enough parking, but that there was never any place to park near your own apartment (assigned parking would fix this). There was quite a bit of garbage lying around the porches and in the woods...I never complained about it...just picked it up and threw it in the dumpster. Isn't that what you would do in your own yard. I liked this place and would happily go back if it were located anywhere but Brick. The traffic in that town is the biggest problem of all!!

yea parking is a major issue so is the bugs, so is the ceiling in my house falling down, the electricity does not work right, the tiles in the shower are falling off, we have no heat, you trip over your own feet walking from the kitchen to the living room b/c the floors are rippled, the squirrels got into my living room closet, but other then that its an alright place. oh and I love the big show in his overalls and flannels pimpin his grey van, hes sexy!!!
