Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2006
ceiling was never primed and they applied popcorn ceiling paint and it bubbles, cracks and falls down in all sizes. I come home from work and find it all over my apartment. Called office for over a year, kept getting responses like "painter is busy, you're on the list" etc. Now, almost a year later they send a guy with no ladder but he had a 1 inch scraper, a dust pan, one plastic tarp and a garbage bag. He said he'd clean up before he left. WHAT A MESS - it is not cleaned up and I want it left in the condition they found it in. I am getting a lawyer and calling a building inspector.
