My husband and I have lived in the development for over a year. The only two things that I like about the apartment are the rooms are spacious and rent is affordable. There are numerous things wrong with the development. First the pipe underneath the kitchen sink was wraped with a plastic bag when we moved in. We noticed it when water began to leak to the bottom of the cabinet and found huge dead roaches on the rotted wood. The walls were never painted and the carpet was never cleaned. The roaches are disgusting, huge, the length of an adult finger (seriously). Our upstairs neighbors are loud, rude, trashy, and obnoxious. They've broken the hallway door twice. They run up and down the freakin stairs slamming doors. I don't know what maintence does all day, the grass is unkept and trash is always on the ground. However, we had a problem with the power and someone came within five minutes. Our bathroom ceiling is chipping and our back porch was torn apart. The porch was never repaired, a piece of wood was put on top of the porch. The power always goes out throughout the development. I guess you get what you pay for :-)

The power going out usually has nothing to do with the development. I lived there from 2004 - early 2009 and yes power went out once in a while but it was in the surrounding area. As for the obnoxious neighbors what do you expect it??????s New Jersey! As for the ??????carpet?????? being dirty what carpeting? The place has hardwood floors so was it something left behind by previous renter? Maintenance odes require a couple calls sometimes but usually pretty good
