I lived there for 4 years, and at first it was fine, nice quiet neighbors (till they moved, then we had a loud neighbor who always left the outside door open and caused a draft in our apartment). Walls were very thin though - i dont hear nearly as much of the neighbors in my new apartment. summer came around and out came the bugs! i lived in downstairs apt, and ants came right up from the cracks in the hardwood floors. those big roaches came up through the holes where the water pipes come up from the crawlspace. it was not fun walking with company to find ants all over the livingroom!

the screen on the kitchen window was ripped up by squirrels, and it took maintenance a year and a half to replace it!!! Kept telling me the screens were "on order". We had to go a whole summer without being able to open the kitchen window.

the maintenance people were always walking along the back of the building about 3 inches from the building looking in all the windows! I heard ruhmors about the maintenance people going into people's apartment when they aren't home and just hanging out - eating their food, etc!!! I never felt comfortable there - because of the staff - not the other tenants! and i think that the maintenance and office staff are all one family, so who do you voice your concerns to'



when it comes to apartment living, you have to just deal with some things, but i didn't feel right there at all.

I lived there from 2004 - early 2009 (my wife lived there for over 10 years) and it was fine. Felt safe and upgrades were made in last couple years (new sliding doors, building was ??????leveled off?????? and other improvements). As for the obnoxious neighbors what do you expect it??????s New Jersey! Maintenance does require a couple calls sometimes but usually pretty good. Come on toots 3 inches from your back window? As for the all maintenance and office staff being related and sitting in your apt all day eating your food come hon I??????ll bet your from North Jersey or Staten Island you know the area the rest of the country makes fun of. roaches Yes there were roaches but just about 90% of apts have them, we just put out traps and didnt see many

Don't really agree with your review and I've been here since 05. Especially about maintenance ppl looking in windows and hanging out in your apartment? That's just BS. I do agree with ants, but there's lots of dirt...just spray ant killer.
