I lived there from 2004 - early 2009 (my wife lived there for over 10 years) and it was fine. Felt safe and upgrades were made in last couple years (new sliding doors, driveway paved, building was leveled off and other improvements). As for the obnoxious neighbors complaints by others what do you expect it s New Jersey! Maintenance does require a couple calls sometimes but usually pretty good. As for he heat (they provide) issue I was told the system being older was hard to regulate and the ice ladies would complain if it wasn t 80 degrees in their apt We ended moving because we had children and needed more room.

We did live down at the far end by the managers office end of the complex and it seemed all the problem apts (police calls etc) were at the north end by Van Zile road (this is also where they must put the north jersey Staten island people because this is where the a-hole drivers were no stopping at end of lot just pull out in front of you)
