I've lived in Kentwood on and off for years. I love it there. I would go back in a heartbeat if they allowed dogs. Nicely kept property, spacious (and affordable) apartments, safe neighborhood, and good management.

Most of my neighbors were wonderful although I did have 1 set that were obnoxious but ya know what' That's what you gamble with by living in an apartment rather than a house. It is certainly not anyone's fault that you get crappy neighbors sometimes.

Management was wonderful and always tried to help me with any problems I had. Sometimes I had to call more than once but I assumed they were overwhelmed - I mean, they do run 2 very large complexes!
