I've lived here in Dec. 2005 in a 1 bedroom and now actually moving to a 2 bedroom. It's very affordble, comfortable and spacious. The girls at the office (Laurie and Donna) are excellent...I cant say enough about that. I don't agree that the walls are paper thing, I do live in a firs floor right now and do hear my neighbors child running around but it's nothing crazy. Whenever you need anything fixed they come...the maintanance guys could be a little lazy though, their job isn't as good as it could be, but overall I highly recommend Kentwood Village. To me it would be a perfect complex if you had washer and dryer in your apartment rather than having to use their basement facility, and if the handymans would do an excellent job (they are that bad either, but could be better).
