Good place - I've lived here in Dec. 2005 in a 1 bedroom and now actually moving to a 2 bedroom. It's very affordble, comfortable and spacious. The girls at the office (Laurie and Donna) are excellent...I cant say enough about that. GREAT PLACE First> I dont know what these people did to the management team of the complex. but I have been here for over two months and I have to say that this place is great. The management is very helpful and any problem I had got fixed right away

it sucks As ar as i am concerned this place was one of the worst complexes i lved in, noise was terrible and all ofthe heat escaped because of the drafty windows, the people in the rental office were absolutey impolite to me and my husand the carpeting was dirty when we moved in, it looked like it

good for NJ prices I lived there from 2004 - early 2009 (my wife lived there for over 10 years) and it was fine. Felt safe and upgrades were made in last couple years (new sliding doors, driveway paved, building was leveled off and other improvements). As for the obnoxious neighbors

Not all that bad!! I lived here for 4 years. Never had any serious problems. Sure there was the occasional cockroach or silverfish, but anytime I called the office for anything, they responded immediately. My heater broke and I called the office and the manager was there 10 minutes later
