Mt Pleasant is great for a transitional move. If you would like mature housing but are just starting out and not ready for a house yet, this is for you. Rent is higher than most going in but does not get raised much each year. Living space is huge and the 1.5 bath option is wonderful for two young professionals in the morning. The property is located near everything- walking to the bank and driving five minutes to the mall and library. The grounds are well-maintained and the maintenance staff will be at your door right away. On-site superintendent could be friendlier but you should hardly need the service.
