The premises look nice outside but look carefully inside there are wholes everywhere.
The buildings are not sound resistance as they advertise! We can hear our downstairs neighbors talking or walking around. The ethnic food they cook stink our apartment.
The pests are centipedes ( thousand leggers ). A day can t go by without one or two walking around.
No maintenance service after 5 PM or weekends! The maintenance guy is lazy and lives on the premises! When your toilet breaks he tells you to use the other one because he is more interested in fixing his boat rather than fixing your leaking toilet. And the rental office woman doesn t speak English well so misunderstanding is an issue.
The appliances in the apartment are ancient (water heater, stove are electric!) so expect high bills because you pay for everything here! Washers and dryers in the laundry room are outdated as well. Make sure you bring your own coins because there is no coin exchange machine inside!
