Not so true! I lived in the village for two years and not everything is like it looks. Very nice outside but nothing is taken care of by management. If I was you, i would look some place else before moving in this place.

Very good very beautiful and very accessible to all major shopping and dining places. very good location. Also, management is very good. Maintenance is super cool; if you call them for any problem the maintenance guy just comes the same day and fixes the problem. Best of all its a SAFE area.

Best apartment in the area These apartments are truly townhouses, complete with private garage, deck, and spacious kitchen in the 2-bedroom model. Everything is like new and it feels more like a house than an apartment. I highly recommend it.

nicely groomed lanscape and quick to repair I have lived here for just about 3 years. Over all, the place is nice. My one complaint is the noise. Whether you are upstairs or downstairs, you will certainly be accompanied by the sound of your surrounding neibors. I enjoy a very peacful and quiet

An Honest Review Drafty windows, not well insulated and not soundproof. Other than that, it is a great place to live. They raise the rent every year, but it is a lovely complex, the staff is wonderful.

BEWARE!!! i am also having neighbor issues, and management has been giving me hell about returning my security deposit back. they allowed a "very street" (trying to be as politically correct as possible) woman with a severe mental disorder who seemingly has a violent background to live
