Wonderful place to live!

My husband I rented at Brandywyne at Brielle for 3.5 years. We absolutely loved it. The apartment was so spacious. The living room was big and dramatic, with a beautiful fireplace & hardwood floors. The bedroom was ridiculous in size! I couldn't believe how big it was. We thought having a king size bed would have taken up so much space, but it didn't! I loved having a walk in closet to house all my clothes and 100 pairs of shoes. The finished basement was such a great perk! You can do so much down there. Think of it, a family entertainment room, game room, bar...anything you can dream up. The laundry room was seperate from the finished basement and offered ample storage for anything and everything. The space is there to utilize. To give you an idea, we had a weight bench, treadmill and boxing bag, along with wedding gifts, holiday decor, pantry goods and washer and fryer.
Our neighbors were great! We met our best friends right next door, the backyard was opened. Management was very good about landscape and let us make it our own by allowing us to install a water feature (still there...ask to see 27A!)
The development itself was less than 1 mile to Main Street in Manasquan, 5 minutes to the New Jersey Transit Coastline Train Station (great for commuters like myself) a bike ride from the beaches (saved us lots in parking headaches).
at Brielle was a wonderful renting experience. We only left because we bought a home! This place is highly recommended!!!!!!
