You get what you pay for. If you want a safe place with nice neighbors and a courteous staff, go to Village Green or Oakwood Village. Eagle Rock Village and Hensyn Village have to charge low rates because of all of the problems they have, and it only takes one incident to lose all of those "savings" plus a lot more. Their management is the worst I've ever encountered. For about $150 more, you can have a pool, security, a genuine community, and you will be treated with respect at either Village Green or Oakwood Village.
