Typically it takes about 2 or 3 calls just to get someone to fix what is wrong and when they fix it, they do a half --- job with cheap materials. blah Okay.. area very strict... nasty ladies in office where you send out your checks..they will have you evicted if you are 2wks late even if you are there for a yr and it your first time being late..dont allow dogs but allow strangers to walk their dog on premises which is stupid..not enough

Noise, Noise and Parking -- Yuck Yuck and Yuck I have a 1st floor apartment and can hear my neighbor above like she was in my living room. Everything she does I hear.
Also horrible when I am working from home the outside maintenance sounds like it is inside. Of course the paper-thin walls

Quiet and Clean! I have lived in Kings Village for five years now and have no complaints. It is perfect for the price. The maintenance crew is extremely fast to respond and always fixes my issues correctly either the same day or the next day, depending what time of day I call.

Great Value We moved in this past May and have been very happy with Kings Village. The apartments are a great value. Huge kitchens, nice bathrooms, and there is definitily enough parking. We plan on renewing, and staying for a few years.
