OK People, being that there are no reviews on this horrid complex, leaving perspective residents no info as to how terrible this place is, i will take it upon myself to reveal it....

THIS PLACE IS CRIME, BUG AND DRUG INFESTED! The apartments have no amenities,(garbage disposal, dishwasher, washer/dryer, etc)and the units are terribly OLD!!!! If you live on the first floor, you WILL hear everything your neighbor is doing (like drugs, or being involved in an assualt). There are police speeding in and out of there at all hours of the day and night because of criminal activity. The management company is a joke and so are their employees. And if the management is bad (which it certainly is) then how can the complex be great' ITS NOT! The windows are so old that they are no longer effective in doing anything that a window is supposed to do. There are massive roaches amoung other bugs, infested in the units. There is always a different "Office Manager" every few months or so, guess the staff cant handle the management or complex either. The place is noisy with loud music being played, and drug activity taking place. They have pit bulls everywhere and sometimes they even fight them on the PROPERTY! Do yourself a favor...if you HAVE to live in burlington NJ (and I would do EVERYTHING in your power to try not to!) then dont even consider this place! You will regret it, every horrible minute of it. Take my work for it!
