I'm new at Burlington Court apartments, and so far I like it. I was actually recommended by my girlfriend. She has been there for 9 years and she lives downstairs. She said that she has never had any of these issues. Maybe it depends on the building you're in. I'm near the front, but was told by management that there is a lot of activity in the buildings in the back area. So they placed me in the front. Thank God. But I like it. My upstairs apartment has a balcony and central air. I did hear that they go through different management companies like crazy. SO,that's not good. But we'll see.. so far so good for me. I've only been there a short time.
