OK. I was not going to say anything abou this place but after reading the last review I thought it necessary to warn perspective tenants. Yes the apartments are well priced. Yes the apts come with things like balconies with upstairs units, central air and private entrances. BUT WAKE UP PEOPLE! All you have to do is google this place and a million police incidences are pulled up. Dog fighting, drug activity, police raids,drive by's...you get it all! The complex is OLD OLD OLD! Built in the 60's, very little has been done to maintain them. The windows are atrocious, the central air WILL break and good luck getting it fixed before the season ends, the plumbing is horrid as you are guaranteed to have leaks. There are not enough maintenance and management is a jewish joke! All of this wrapped up in the fact that is completely UNSAFE! I lived there for 2 years, I KNOW what Im talking about! If you are in a situation where you need a place to stay, find a room to rent, go somewhere else. Whatever you do people DONT GO THERE!
