Management is inexperienced and have no concept of professionalism. My air conditioner was broken for two months straight, and every day I would call and every day they promised to fix it, not until I made a complaint to the Department of Housing did it get fixed. Most recently, the housing office lost my rent check, they asked that I stop payment on the original and reissue it, which I did. They are now trying to charge me with a late fee. The man at the office said he knows the fee shouldn?t be there, but personally "I din?t feel like going in and fixing them all." And don?t be mislead by the apartment they show you, because the one you move into will be completely different. Don?t expect to have things fixed timely. Don?t expect to have your calls returned or your issues addressed.
