Lived in this apartment complex, Etoile Court for one year. Couldn't wait for the lease to get over! Gorgeous french names for each court, but the apartment complex is entirely a big ghetto. If you're a drug addict, alcoholic, drug dealer, pimp or prostitute you couldn't find another safe haven! The place is worse than a dump and the people are trashy. The buildings are in a bad shape, laundry rooms are filthy, and no maintenance whatsoever anywhere. Garbage and trash all over, broken beer bottles, used condoms, anything and everything strewn around in the vicinity. There are kids roaming around all over, damaging people's property and cars, young guys repairing cars outside, and summers are horrible, with almost naked adults hanging outside drinking beer and playing loud rap music. The management staff is totally irresponsible and have no control whatsoever on this property.
