Well where do i start.. i've only lived here for 3 months and I'm moving out already.. i'll pay whatever it takes to break my lease. It took them a week after i moved in just to hook up the dishwasher. They PROMISED the washer/dryer would be in 3 days after i moved. It took over a month. They PROMISED to give me credit off my rent for the late washer/dryer and i got nothing. I've had 2 bad leaks in my bathroom ceiling. The first one they took over a WEEK just to come out and look at it! I had to figure out how to maintain it myself. The second leak happened on a weekend. I called the "Emergency" pagers and NO ONE got back to me. Good thing my house didnt catch on fire or flood huh' The grounds are filthy, trash is everywhere, Cops are there ALL the time, they don't return your calls. Stay Away!
