First and formost, ----- ------ should be named "----- SLUMOWNER". There are no proffessional staff members, plenty of cockroaches, your a/c can be cut off at any time, for any amount of time and you(in ----- ------'s own words) "are not entitled to any notice or any deduction of your rent! When I asked him "what he thought of all of the old and young people that were going w/o a/c in the summer heat" He replied " I DON'T CARE!! THAT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH ME!" tHESE CONCERNS ARE BEING POSTED FOR YOUR OWN GOOOD, YOU WOULD BE AN IDIOT TO MOVE IN THIS DRUG AND BUG INFESTED MODERN DAY VERSION OF DANTES INFERNO! FURTHERMORE, IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN AND YOU MOVE HERE DO NOT COUNT ON THEIR SAFTEY... BECAUSE MAITENANCE MEN SPEED THROUGH EVERY OPEN PATCH OF GRASS YOUR CHILD WILL CONSTANTLY BE PUT AT RISK. IF YOU EVER PLAN ON GOING OUTSIDE TO THE "RECREATIONAL AREAS" IT WILL NEVER HAPPEN, THERE ARE USED CONDOMS, DRUG BAGS, BROKEN BEER BOTTLES,TRASH, NAILS, AND OTHER POTENTIALLY HAZARDOUS MATERIALS, IT IS A WOUNDER HOW THEY HAVE NOT BEEN CONDEMNED YET. DO NOT LET THE SO CALLED"CONSTRUCTION" FOOL YOU THER ARE STILL FIRE HAZARDS, LOUD MUSIC IN THE EVNING, THUGS SITTIJNG ON YOU VEHICLES, AND WORST OF ALL AN UNBEARABLE, UNPROFFESSIONAL MANAGEMENT TEAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE THE ONLY GOOOD RATING ON THIS SITE WAS SENT ANONYMOUSLEY BY THE ------- MANAGEMENT TEAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

Ok. Let me just say that as I never lived in chateau for obvious reasons,the apt community is not good. It is a bad area....I'm not going to give my proffession,but lets just say "criminal justice field". Strange people walking in the area asking for money or selling drugs. The drug trafficking is one of the major problems there. Those apts have alot of problem people living there.....section 8 females w/drug dealing boyfriends illegally residing in the home,gang activity,shootings etc. I've seen many of the apts in this community. Some residents are law abiding citizens with decent looking apts and you can see where they need maintenance inside. Many yrs ago (like the 80s) these apts were beautiful.
