I LIVED AT CHATEAU FOR ALMOST 5 YEARS IT WAS MY FIRST AND ONLY APARTMENT IN SOUTH JERSEY UNLIKE SOME OF THE REVIEWS I READ AS FAR AS APARTMENTS GO IT WASN'T BAD. REPAIRS WERE MADE TIMELY AND BECAUSE I TRAVEL A LOT THE OFFICE ALWAYS LOOKED OUT FOR MY APARTMENT.WHEN I SURGERY AND WAS IN A WHEELCHAIR THE SUPER HELPED ME GET IN AND OUT.IF I AM HAVING TROUBLE GETTING MY SECURITY MONEY BUT THAT IS BECAUSE OF THE CORPORATE OFFICE. IF I EVER HAVE TO MOVE BACK TO BURLINGTON I WOULD GO BACK TO CHATEAU AND WOULD RECCOMEND THE COMPLEX.
