Not that bad a place

I moved in last year because there was no where else. Very large apartments. The problem with that is that the cheaper apartments they don't include utilities. My bill has been as high as $200. Maintenance is pretty good. I only deal with two of the guys and they get here as fast as they can. They have to deal with 2 different complexes. One time it took them 4 hours to get to my apartment when I locked myself out in the winter. But, when I first moved in my oven didn't work and one of the guys argued to get me a brand new oven.
Now, the people that live here are not so great. I live in the cheaper apartments and the cops are constantly sitting outside. There were a few guys kicked out and arrested for dealing drugs (and no, I'm not lying). You can smell pot everywhere. There have been a few robberies, but nothing too recent. The guy downstairs from me had mice in his apartment. I haven't had any problems with bugs except once a water bug found its way up the vent.
This complex really isn't bad. If you decide to move though, pick the more expensive 1 bedroom. You'll be on the nicer side of the complex and your bills will be like $40 for electricity. They tell you no pets, but they usually let it slide. There's a 7-11, Chinese food place, pizza, cleaners, and a market right across the street.
