Tolerable place to Live

I lived in Willow Pointe for 4 years, when I moved in I had not been given the priviledge of viewing a sample of the apartment before move in. The apartment itself was good with a very large bedroom, my concern after putting down the security deposit was the common entry way which is not a preference for security reasons, a couple of domestic incidents started to have me concerned about the area and police activity is not something you want to see but rarely -I witness too much of it,

The management could be somewhat short and abrupt about rules which with a number of people living there was necessary but they could in some effort to be professional, tone it down especially in light that they recently started taking surveys with the renewal of your lease,

I planned to house hunt at the end of my renewal and on the way and not finding what I want in New jersey found a better newer apartment complex, although the management makes excuses for the apartments being "older" the climate control stinks for a small living space I paid roughly $200.00 dollars in the summer and winter at the most, so i would take advantage of space heaters and cut down considerably, the only problem with that was I would occasionally blow a fuse if I was not careful

On climate control in the summer you will pay dearly in an electrical bill or you can sweat and lose some water weight.

The rent itself compared to other places in the Burlington county area was good about $100.00 dollars lower

The one thing I liked about the place had to do with an unrelated circumstance, it was nice to have a dry cleaner, chinese takeout, pizza and 7-11 about a couple of steps away.

One weird thing about the living arrangement, I expected to be very guiet living on the top floor but I could hear the neighbor below just walking in the apartment as if I was below them

I live here too. I have spent more time living back at home than at my apartment. The neighbors upstairs live like absolute animals. How can you argue and bicker everyday all night long unitil the wee hours of the morning? Excersise your animals up and down the stairs all time of night with total disregard for your neighbor. I dont care if she needs Jenny...GO...and stop intentionally thumping across the floor like a Hefalump. You know this is a great place to live. I have a brand new pristine apartment, but these people body slam each other all over the place and I am sick of picking up my things. I think they should reinforce the floors and walls when they upgrade the apartments for noise control.
