Willow Pointe has huge massive roaches.. we call them water bugs. I complained and complained for the longest. They would come out and spray and put some bug crap all over the apartment, but those nasty water bugs just kept showing up. They are so nasty too. The management is very abrupt and rude. I was there for a long time and finally moved out recently. They just came up with this new rule that you couldn't take your rent to the office, but you had to mail it to the property owners! That's craziness. Also, their apartments are really old..
